In our facilities, based in Alsace, more than 100 employees work every day to offer you quality products. We are therefore committed to continuously improving their working conditions and promoting the development of their skills.

Each year, more than 300 hours are devoted to training and upgrading: safety, health standards, management, languages, etc. Everything is done to enable each employee to improve his or her skills and to develop on a daily basis.

At Valfleuri, we are convinced that each employee can contribute to meeting the challenges of tomorrow. To this end, we have set up co-creative work processes where collective intelligence is paramount.

Creation of a new product, recipe ideas, branding, etc… All ideas are welcomed and discussed to bring out the best solutions.

Health and safety prevention is a priority and a constant concern in all our operations.

In 2018, Valfleuri committed to a corporate social responsibility (CSR) charter to contribute, in particular, to improving social issues.

To meet this commitment, we have improved accident prevention and analysis and social dialogue on health and safety within the company.
